The Koch brothers funded a lawsuit to undo New Jersey's new transparency law, and they’re still working around the clock to bring secret money back to New Jersey. They're hoping they can bring secret money back without a fight.

But we're fighting back. Thousands of RepresentUs supporters have already signed onto the petition demanding they drop the lawsuit, and now it’s time to spread the word. We made this short video to expose them—watch and share it to get the word out:

The “End Dark Money” law was spearheaded by our Represent Central New Jersey chapter, and passed with bipartisan support in the New Jersey legislature. Now, a dark money group funded by the Koch brothers is trying to undo it and bring secret money back just in time to hide funding for the 2019 election.

This is straight out of the corruption playbook. Big money interests file costly lawsuits to maintain the corrupt status quo. Just last year in Michigan, the state Chamber of Commerce sued to stop voters from voting on an anti-gerrymandering law. We fought back and won. And we can win this time, too.

Our movement won more anti-corruption victories in 2018 than at any point in our nation's history, and we did it because Americans everywhere are committed to helping each other win—no matter where the fight is. Now, it’s time to stop the attack on transparency in New Jersey.
