John,
You and I watched as oppressive vaccine mandates swept across the nation just
months ago.
Many did not include ANY exemptions for sincerely held religious beliefs.
Fortunately, most of those mandates have since been defeated or overturned.
But, the fight is NOT over – in fact, now we’re suing the North Carolina
Symphony on behalf of religious minorities because of the Symphony’s insane new
vaccine mandate.
That’s right – these mandates are STILL happening…
… and I’m not even talking about California – this is in North Carolina!
We need your help to stop these mandates once again before they begin
spreading to every state in the union.
Which is why I’m asking for an emergency, tax-deductible gift of $35 or more
to the Center for American Liberty today.

The North Carolina Symphony, which is funded by the state of North Carolina
and legally is an entity of the state, imposed a brand-new vaccine mandate that
discriminates against faithful North Carolinians.
You see, the state now requires symphony musicians to vaccinate, but refuses
to offer any religious accommodation for musicians whose religious beliefs
prevent them from taking the vaccine.
What’s even more peculiar about this mandate is that it only applies to
musicians…
…it does NOT require patrons to be vaccinated!
To be clear, I am not advocating for the vaccine to be required of patrons,
but it is completely nonsensical to require musicians to vaccinate if the
hundreds of patrons in the audience are unvaccinated.
Our clients are willing to socially distance and take regular COVID tests –
and yet the symphony put them on unpaid leave.
Since the Symphony is a state-funded organization, this discrimination is
blatantly unconstitutional!
If you and I don’t take a stand and fight for our liberties now, they’ll be
violated again and again until they don’t exist.
So please consider making an urgent donation of $35 or more to help us stop
these absurd vaccine mandates dead in their tracks before they take root and
spread across the country…again!

The law must be applied consistently.
And this religious discrimination is so clear that it makes me cringe.
At the Center for American Liberty, we’re committed to defending religious
liberty for ALL—no matter who is attacking them.
But we can’t do it without you.
I hope you’ll stand with us in this new legal battle with a gift of $35 or
more right now.
