The abysmal failures of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are at the very center of the border crisis. Chip has filed a discharge petition on Rep. Lauren Boebert's bill "Protect American Energy Jobs Act," which overturns Joe Biden's executive orders that stopped the Keystone Pipeline and other energy projects.
