Across every corner of our great state, Illinoisans are suffering under the burden of high taxes, corruption, and high costs. As your next senator, I’m going to work hard in Washington to make Illinois a place that people flock to, not flee from! 

Here are just a few of the things the one-party rule in Washington and Springfield has left us with: 

• The average price of a gallon of gas reaching $4.40;
• Inflation jumping to 8.5% in the past year, which is the highest rate in 40 years;
• Grocery prices soaring 10%, with more increases expected;
• And so much more.
