The Supreme Court is going against the will of Americans.

 

The far-right majority of Justices — three of whom were appointed by a single President, Donald Trump — are in favor of overturning Roe v. Wade and taking away abortion rights from tens of millions of Americans.


With the current makeup of the court, our rights will constantly be under threat from this group of five conservative Justices — which is why Congress must pass the Judiciary Act and bring balance back to the Court.
Warren: It's time to expand the court and pull it back toward the middle.

The Judiciary Act would increase the number of Supreme Court Justices from nine to thirteen, ensuring that no single President can have an exaggerated influence over the partisan makeup of the Court and ending Trump’s conservative majority of Justices.
