Last month, the Oklahoma legislature passed two extreme, unconstitutional abortion bans.

Yesterday, they passed a third. H.B. 4327 is a citizen-enforced total ban on abortion—effective immediately upon Governor Kevin Stitt's signature.

Once in effect, it would make Oklahoma the first state in the U.S. to ban abortion entirely while Roe v. Wade stands.

As Oklahoma and other states continue to introduce and pass harmful abortion restrictions, we need your support to protect access to reproductive health care for everyone.
