Every worker deserves the power and the benefits of a union. Organized
power is realized power.

The House of Representatives recently passed the PRO Act — Protecting the
Right to Organize Act of 2021 — and now the Senate must pass it as well.

The PRO Act is bold legislation that reaffirms the basic rights of workers
to unionize their workplace and negotiate for better wages, benefits, and
working conditions.

pass this critical legislation.

Organizers in workplaces around the country — from Amazon to Starbucks —
are continuing to fight for their rights, and every worker deserves the
support of federal policy, but for decades, Republicans and corporate
special interests have been relentless in their efforts to eliminate
workers’ right to organize and unionize.

We must be intentional in our support for workers. The PRO Act will
empower workers to speak out against injustices in the workplace. And it
will help build an equitable, empathetic economy by increasing worker
power, and narrowing the racial wealth gap and the gender pay gap.

[ [link removed] ]Will you join us today in standing in solidarity with workers and urge
the Senate to pass the PRO act?

Thank you for taking action,

— The A-Team
