This holiday season is always a meaningful time for my family, but this year especially, I feel overwhelmed with gratitude. To be able to spend Thanksgiving in my favorite place and surrounded by loved ones is truly a blessing -- one I don’t take for granted.

I know there are many people right here in our district who can’t spend today with family. To those separated from the ones they love by overseas service, a late shift at work, or illness, please know that my family is keeping you in our prayers.
