You know the Supreme Court is supposed to release its decision in the case that could overturn Roe v. Wade this June. But that’s not all that’s happening.
→ They’re set to decide whether Alabama’s GOP-drawn congressional map – which a lower court found to be racially gerrymandered – violates the Voting Rights Act. This case could have huge implications for fair redistricting!

That’s not all that’s happening in the courts.
→ There are five states where court cases could still impact 2022 congressional maps – so it’s essential that we’re able to raise the resources to monitor and react to all of them.
And recently we got some good news [from an unexpected source]:
→ A state court in Kansas struck down the GOP’s gerrymandered map for diluting the vote of Black and Hispanic voters in and around Kansas City!
