As the state’s largest federation of unions, the AFL-CIO is an incredibly important voice here in Maryland, and their endorsement is a big, big moment in this campaign to flip Maryland blue. But more to the point, it’s a testament to our commitment to fighting for Maryland workers — and to standing up to those who try to exploit their labor.
As Maryland’s governor, I’ll ensure workers always have a seat at the table so we can build a stronger pipeline to deliver jobs, justice, and opportunity for us all. But first, we need to flip this seat and win this race.
