I'll keep this short. Last week I watched in disgust as every single Republican senator voted against codifying Roe v. Wade into federal law.

It was one of the most important -- and shameful -- votes ever taken in the Senate. But I'm not giving up hope, and here's why. We still have a chance to expand our Democratic Senate Majority this fall -- and now every Republican is on record opposing the right to choose. That will help a lot of voters make their decision -- as long as we can reach them in time.
