Last year, Elise Stefanik ran ads that echoed replacement theory talking points. This conspiracy theory is not just bigoted, but, as we saw in Buffalo, it can be deadly.

A local paper published a scathing letter about the ads, and it’s still true today:

“If there’s anything that needs replacing in this country — and in the Republican party — it’s the hateful rhetoric that Ms. Stefanik and far too many of her colleagues so shamelessly spew.”

Like my neighbors in Upstate New York, I'm tired of the chaos, the division, and the suffering that seems to follow Stefanik. This race won’t be easy, but I refuse to give up. If Elise can’t act honorably, she has to get out of the way.
