					THE WEEK'S BIG 3

					Ten people were killed and three others wounded after a white supremacist gunman, radicalized by the Great Replacement Theory, opened fire at a grocery store in a predominately Black neighborhood of Buffalo. One person was killed and five others injured after a gunman harboring anti-Taiwanese hatred attacked a Taiwanese church congregation in Laguna Woods, California before being tackled and subdued by parishioners. The House of Representatives voted 222-203 on Wednesday to pass a bill aimed at preventing domestic terrorism and combating the threat of violent extremism by White supremacists; it now heads to the Senate.

					California Church Shooting Was ‘Hate Incident,’ Sheriff Says

					“… authorities announced murder and attempted murder charges against David Chou, a Las Vegas man with a wife and child in Taiwan who had traveled to Orange County with a grievance against Taiwanese people. 					House Passes Bill to Prevent Domestic Terrorism in the Wake of Buffalo Mass Shooting

					“The Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act would set up offices specifically focused on domestic terrorism at the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice and the FBI.
