Our Equality Day celebration at the Globe and Mail Centre is less than 2 weeks away—and there are only a few tickets left to purchase!

Here’s a sneak preview of what you can expect on May 31st:

A cocktail reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres;

A special spoken word performance by Phoenix Pagliacci; and

LEAF’s first ever Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Elizabeth Shilton, a long-time advocate for women and girls. Her contributions to feminist causes span more than three decades.

We’re delighted to be able to celebrate in-person with many of our supporters this year. We hope to see you there!

Date/ Time: Tuesday, May 31st, 2022 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm EDT

Location: Globe & Mail Centre, Downtown Toronto

Dress Code: Business Casual

Public Health Measures: We will be implementing COVID safety measures in accordance with up-to-date recommendations from Toronto Public Health . There will also be a beautiful outdoor space available for attendees to use at any time throughout the evening.

Sponsor a ticket! LEAF has many supporters, including those who may face financial barriers in attending. Tax Receipts: Please note LEAF will not be issuing a tax receipt for tickets purchased for this event.
