ADL’s Fighting Hate from Home webinar series as we discuss the devastating mass shooting in Buffalo, where a white supremacist gunman inspired by the racist and antisemitic ‘Great Replacement Theory,’ and by previous hate-filled attacks, killed ten people.
ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt will talk with Jessica Reaves, Director of Content and Editorial Strategy for our Center on Extremism, which has worked around the clock to provide law enforcement and the ADL community with insights into the attack and the manifesto posted by the shooter and our Regional Director for NY/NJ Scott Richman, who has been onsite in Buffalo in the wake of the crisis to help law enforcement and provide solidarity to the reeling community.
In this important conversation, learn about the clear and present danger of extremist recruiting and what inspired the killer to go from soaking up conspiracy theories online to acting out in such a deadly way.
