Thanksgiving reminds us of what binds us together as Americans.

While each of us brings our own traditions, cultures, and recipes to the table, we all share this day in gratitude for the greatness of this country and for the people who helped make it that way.

We give thanks for our troops and our veterans -- and their families -- who sacrifice so much to keep us safe.

For the first responders, teachers, and all who serve their communities day in and day out.

And for everyone working on Thanksgiving and throughout this holiday season, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
