Friend,

There's been yet another major development in the criminal case against Donald Trump: According to a New York Times report, a federal grand jury investigation into the disgraced former president's mishandling of classified information is now underway.

After inciting a deadly insurrection on our Capitol, Trump left the White House for Mar-a-Lago with, allegedly, hundreds of sensitive documents that belong to all of us by law – once again putting our nation's security and democratic institutions at risk.

The hypocrisy here would almost be unbelievable – if it weren't Donald Trump we were speaking about. As a candidate for the White House in 2016, Trump made smears about Hillary Clinton's classified emails a pillar of his campaign. Yet here he is, years later, brazenly violating rules he claimed to care about so much.

Grassroots supporters like you, Friend, have been leading the charge when it comes to demanding accountability for Trump, his family, and accomplices. But at this critical moment, we must keep raising our voices to secure full truth and accountability. For while he may not be on the ballot this coming November, his blind followers are. Each competing to "out-Trump" the other, pining for his endorsement. They are committed to continuing his destruction of our values and institutions. We must not let that happen.

I'm asking you to speak out and hold the disgraced former president accountable. To stop the creeping infection that he brings to our nation and our politics. In light of all we now know, do you agree that criminal charges should be considered for Donald Trump? Click here to add your voice before our 11:59 p.m. deadline.

Thank you for doing your part to ensure Trump and his cronies are held accountable in the eyes of the law.

Dick
