Friend, I have a few free minutes. I know that doesn’t sound like much, but when you’re splitting time between the campaign trail and working to stand up for Florida in Congress, moments like these don’t happen very often. I wanted to take this moment to reflect on my time so far on the campaign trail.

The grassroots movement we're building has never been about gaining national attention or praise. At its heart, this movement has always been about Florida and making sure that its working families know that I will never stop fighting for them. 

That’s why I'm traveling to every corner of Florida – from the Panhandle to the Keys – because I will fight for EVERY Floridian in the Senate if I’m elected. There's no county or city too small for me to show up in, listen to and learn from, because I want to serve every Floridian. And I have to say, friend: Getting to meet voters all across our state has been truly unforgettable. 

It has been humbling to have supporters approach me with their stories of resilience, struggle and joy, and to know that each and every one of you is by my side in this race. With every little conversation, every hug and tear shed along the way, I’m reminded all over again of why I’m running: Floridians deserve better than Marco Rubio. 

But friend, the road to the Senate is still a long one – and we can’t afford to lose momentum now. With Florida’s last Senate race determined by only 10,033 votes, this race WILL come down to resources, and I need your help to ensure that no voter or community is left unreached. 

That’s why I’ve set an ambitious goal to raise $20,000 before MIDNIGHT so that I can continue to reach and connect with voters in every corner of our beautiful state – but I’m still $3,583 short. So please, to defeat Marco Rubio and flip Florida blue, will you donate $5 to my campaign now?
