NC Values Coalition

Dear Friend --

Primaries are important, for three reasons:

  1. They can ensure that the most conservative candidate gets elected.
  2. They can determine winners of the General Election if they're uncontested.
  3. They can help keep candidates and their campaign promises accountable to the People.

That’s why the NC Values Coalition is taking an active role in elections like yesterday’s. We believe advancing our values of life, marriage and family, parental rights in education, and religious freedom can be best achieved by sometimes taking positions in primary elections, depending on the candidates.

Of the select candidates we endorsed, over 85% of them won their primary elections last night, including U.S. Senate candidate Ted Budd!

Thanks in part to you voting your values, these candidates have much to celebrate today. Congratulations to them, and our sincerest gratitude to all of you who played your parts in living out your values.

Finally, if you are appreciative of the hard work we do amplifying your voices in our capital city, would you consider making a one-time or monthly donation of $25, $50, $100, or more towards covering the costs of our election efforts?

In gratitude,

Tami Fitzgerald,
Executive Director, NC Values
