Thanksgiving is upon us.
I hope you can spend time today with your friends and family as I am, giving thanks for the blessings and people in our lives.
When I spend time with my family and friends, it reminds me what I am fighting for in Congress on behalf of the 6th district and all Americans.
I am so thankful to be spending this holiday with my wife Susan, our children, and our grandchildren.
Especially when I know there are many who cannot — such as our brave men and women serving overseas, and those who are aboard ships and submarines.
Our freedom comes at a great price, and I am grateful for those who willingly pay it everyday.
I am also truly blessed to have so many close friends and loved ones in my life – and this includes you.
Your friendship and support are truly gifts. Thank you.
