Dear Brothers & Sisters,

Last weekend, our team made an early morning trip to Dallas from Austin to knock on our union brothers’ and sisters’ doors in support of Venton Jones, a pro-labor, pro-worker candidate running to serve House District 100.

We also had staff on the streets of San Antonio knocking on doors and talking to voters.

Team Texas AFL-CIO is pretty mighty, and we’ve made turnout our priority, but we need reinforcements. We need your support, if we’re going to send more pro-labor leaders like Venton to our state Capitol and to Congress.
