This morning I am taking time to reflect on what I am thankful for. I have so much to be grateful for and so much to look forward to as we celebrate this year.

So far this legislative session has had its fair share of challenges and victories. But through it all, I am immensely grateful to have the opportunity to serve the 52nd House District and the people of Michigan.

I am thankful for your support and the support of our community. You are the reason I am able to continue to fight for the things we all believe in.

You believe that we can work together to make our community a better place. Whether it’s fighting for clean water, better schools or an economy that works for everyone, your support has been at the center of it every step of the way.

So I’m reaching out this morning to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving and to express how grateful I am for all the support I’ve received since we started this journey in 2015. I hope your holiday is filled with great food, joy and loved ones.
