As Governor of Mississippi, I continue to support our life-saving law that protects babies 15 weeks in the womb and recognizes the fundamental rights of unborn babies capable of smiling, feeling pain, and even responding to their mother’s voice.

This is the law that sparked a frenzy of court activity, with legal challenges from the Big Abortion Lobby going all the way up to the Supreme Court.
