Last week Sen. Schumer pushed a vote to make Roe permanent, and it failed. But several Senators who voted against that bill have said they would support a different bill that would still make Roe PERMANENT.

We were prepared for this exact scenario. We told you they would use every trick in the book to codify Roe.

And some pro-abortion states are pushing to safeguard abortion in their states, even if Roe is overturned. Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer already filed a lawsuit to make abortion on demand permanent in her state.

We have a DEADLINE today in our fight to defend innocent babies across this country, including in Michigan. TODAY, our legal team is filing a FOIA request to find out who's really behind Governor Whitmer's lawsuit.

We also delivered our analysis to every Senator, showing that any bill codifying Roe would be unconstitutional.

The battle is NOW to overturn Roe, stop these unconstitutional bills to make it permanent, and give countless babies their God-given right to be born.

We'll go all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. But as we face today's filing deadline, we need YOU.
