Automate your A/B testing workflow and never forget to send another email

You now have the option to have NGP VAN automatically identify and send the winning email after you run an A/B test in Targeted Email.

After drafting your test emails, all you need to do is select a metric the system will use to determine the winner, like Highest Click Rate or Greatest Amount Raised. Then, you’ll choose how long the system will wait for A/B test results before determining the winning version and sending it out.

Customize and personalize your unsubscribe page

Add your own branding and messaging to your unsubscribe page to create a smooth and user-friendly experience for your supporters.

You can give your supporters full control over their subscription preferences, whether they want to opt out of all email communication or simply indicate what kinds of emails they want to be subscribed to.

You can even create multiple versions of your unsubscribe page to use for different audiences as needed.

Keep track of reallocated contributions

We’ve added Data Adjustment as a new adjustment type to help you account for contributions that need to be reallocated after being posted to the General Ledger.

Data Adjustment will appear next to Date Posted in the Accounting Information section and will also appear in the General Ledger Adjustments report to help you formally report on allocation changes.

More options within Create a List

We’ve added the following values as available search criteria:

• Nickname is now available within the Names page section
• Pinned Notes is now available within the Notes page section

Additionally, the page section Call Time Asks will now be known simply as Asks.
