John,

Primary Day is just around the corner, so I wanted to reach out to you personally to make sure you have the resources you need to vote.

Ballots are mailed out to all registered California voters. (You can check to make sure you’re registered here.) In order to be counted, your ballot must be postmarked on or before Primary Day, which is Tuesday June, 7th. You may also return it to any polling place on Election Day or to your local board of elections.

I would also like to share that I am strongly supporting the following candidates, and I encourage you to do the same. I know that we can count on them to advocate for our communities and amplify our voices in office.

  • Jay Chen, Candidate for Congressional District 45
  • Asif Mahmood, Candidate for Congressional District 40
  • Robert Garcia, Candidate for Congressional District 42
  • Hilda Solis, Candidate for LA County Supervisor
  • Karen Bass, Candidate for LA Mayor
  • Sheng Thao, Candidate for Oakland Mayor
  • Katy Yaroslavsky, Candidate for LA Council
  • Maria Brenes, Candidate for LAUSD school board
  • Linda Wah, Candidate for Pasadena City College Board of Trustees
  • Jason Lyon, Candidate for Pasadena City Council

This election cycle matters a lot -- and it’s crucial that we elect leaders we can count on at every level of government.

Thanks,
Judy
