We were excited to welcome so many of our corporate, nonprofit and community partners to our renewed office space at last week's Community Open House! Thank you for helping us celebrate this milestone with Valley of the Sun United Way and making that event a tremendous success! Be sure to check out these photos from the event.
It was wonderful to reconnect with so many of you, and for those who weren’t able to make it, we look forward to having you as our guests in the near future. |
Valley of the Sun United Way has remained steadfast in our commitment to Mighty Change 2026.
Already a year into achieving the bold goals that have been set prioritizing health, housing and homelessness, education and workforce development, we are continually inspired by our partners’ desire and commitment to improve the quality of life and opportunities available for all our neighbors in Maricopa County.

We were proud to officially announce and unveil the all-new MacKenzie Scott Drop Spot
that will be available to our nonprofit partners starting July 1! This co-working space honors the $25 million transformational gift made by MacKenzie Scott, which helped to kick start our Mighty Change 2026 five-year plan.
One of the many things the pandemic has taught us is that hybrid and remote work models are here to stay, and many nonprofits have redirected their limited resources by giving up their offices. The MacKenzie Scott Drop Spot offers affordable and flexible solutions so our nonprofit partners can effectively co-work and collaborate to meet and fulfil their missions.

And that’s not all… We also announced that our offices are now open and available to the community! We want Valley of the Sun United Way to be a place for all of our community to convene and work together to accomplish amazing things, and part of that includes having a space to do just that.
Any business, nonprofit or other community organization throughout the Valley is welcome to reserve and use our 14 conference rooms and collaboration spaces. Whether you’re hosting a leadership retreat or getting ready for an upcoming event or committee meeting, be sure to think of us as a spot to host your next meeting. For more details and availability, please contact our Front Desk team at [email protected].
Thank you so much for your commitment to serving and supporting Valley of the Sun United Way. We have a lot of work ahead to achieve Mighty Change and we simply couldn’t do it without your partnership and support. If we can ever be of service, please don’t hesitate to reach out to any member of our VSUW team. |
