We just got news that sent shivers down our spines. The National Republican Senatorial Committee announced they’re booking $53 million worth of ads in battleground states in an attempt to buy back the Senate majority — including $9 million in Wisconsin alone to protect Ron Johnson.
This ad buy is unprecedented for the NRSC, coming in about $20 million above their initial ad buy in 2020. They’re throwing everything they can at competitive races across the country in hopes of buying back the Senate majority and blocking our progress.
Our Senate majority is as slim as it can be, we know it, and Republicans know it, too — which is why the NRSC is spending bigger and earlier than ever before. We must fight with everything we’ve got to protect Democrats in battleground states across the nation and take down vulnerable Republicans like Ron Johnson.
