And here's another opportunity to stand with the women who hold us up: across the hospitality industry, women of color have been at the forefront of this pandemic, fighting for their voices to be heard. Two of them, former Chateau Marmont workers Thomasina Gross and April Blackwell, have bravely filed lawsuits alleging harassment and discrimination while working at the famous hotel.
