I know many are still angry and worried about the Supreme Court’s forthcoming decision about Roe v. Wade , but I want to be very clear:

We can’t give up.

That’s what they want us to do . Anti-choice politicians have been working toward this for decades. Last year, state legislatures enacted over 100 anti-choice laws and this year, they introduced over 2,000 laws impacting reproductive health care.

It’s happening in Ohio, too. The GOP introduced an extreme abortion ban with no exceptions that, if passed, would go into effect if Roe falls.

It’s not just reproductive rights on the line. This is about politicians taking away women’s freedom to make their own personal health care decisions.And the Supreme Court’s ruling could open the door for more ways politicians can interfere in people’s private decisions about how and when to have a family.

We can’t give up.

We have to show up all year. We have to get involved, stand up, and raise our voices.

That can mean voting. It can mean registering others to vote. It can mean knocking on doors and making calls. And it can mean making contributions to grassroots organizations like ours.
