While the GOP’s conspiracies about the 2020 election deserve to be laughed out of the room, these ridiculous claims are raising money for Republicans – a lot of it.

I'm going to let you in on a secret: Republicans are spreading conspiracies about a ‘stolen election’ because they know their policies are unpopular.

Nevadans want strong voter protections, reproductive rights, and an economy that works for everyone. But since the GOP’s special interests don’t want these popular policies, they’re relying on conspiracies and lies to turn out the vote.

But here’s the problem: These conspiracies are working. As sad as it is, the GOP is lying to its voters because it's effective.
