We have evidence Merrick Garland and the DOJ lied under oath about the FBI
targeting parents as “domestic terrorists” for peacefully protesting at local
school board meetings.

Whistleblower documents obtained by my joint investigation with Jim Jordan on
the House Judiciary Committee now prove Garland issued a memo directing the FBI
to use their authority under the Patriot Act to target parents.

As long as Democrats hold the House Majority, there will be ZERO
investigations into one of the biggest domestic surveillance scandals of the
21st century.

When Republicans take back the House Majority in November, do you think we
should immediately open investigations into Merrick Garland’s brazen deception
and the DOJ’s attempt to cover up the FBI’s use of counterterrorism resources
