Elizabeth has proposed an Ultra-Millionaire Tax for the top tenth of one percent in this country, where for every dollar of net worth over $50 million, the ultra-wealthy have to pitch in at least two cents.

That's how we'll get Universal Child Care for every baby in this country ages 0-5. We'll provide universal Pre-K, invest in our K-12 public schools, and provide universal free college. We'll invest a minimum $50 billion into our Historically Black Colleges and Universities, raise the wages of every child care worker and pre-school teacher, and cancel student debt. And more.

But, to no one's surprise, some billionaires have no interest in paying their fair share. So they're pulling out all the stops to try and slow our momentum -- including pouring tens of millions of dollars in this primary to buy this election and stop our movement in its tracks.
