John, I was on MSNBC late last night to talk about the stakes of the election with Chris Hayes. Click here or below to watch the full interview:

First, Chris and I talked about the frontrunner in the GOP primary: he was at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th — he marched to the Capitol, and he even crossed police barricades in the process. At the same time, I was in court — defending people’s right to vote, safeguarding our elections, and making sure every ballot was counted. So the contrast couldn't be clear.

If this man wins the GOP nomination tonight we are going to show the clear differences between me and him, show people what is at stake, and show just how dangerous and out of touch he is with Pennsylvanians.

There will be a bill on the next Governor's desk to outlaw abortion. Every single one of my opponents would sign that bill into law. I will veto that bill.

Freedom is really at stake in this Governor's race. You know, the other side loves to say they’re the party of freedom — but that’s not true. It's not freedom when they get to dictate to the women of Pennsylvania how and when and under what terms they can start a family. It's not freedom when they tell our children what books they can read. It’s not freedom when they go out and say, sure, you can vote. but we get to pick the winner. That is not freedom. But I can promise you that I will defend your freedoms against their attacks.

John, Chris and I talked about how high the stakes are in this election — with our rights, our freedoms, and our future on the line. This is a razor-thin swing state with a lot on the line. That’s why I need your support now before the general election kicks off tonight.
