Sunday on CNN’s State of the Union ([link removed]) , octogenarian House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ([link removed]) (D-CA) called the current Supreme Court “dangerous” for families and freedom in America.

Asked about Roe v. Wade potentially being overturned by the Supreme Court, Pelosi said, “Who would have ever suspected that a creature like Donald Trump would become president of the United States by waving a list of judges he would appoint, therefore, getting the support of the far-right — and appointing those anti-freedom justices to the court. So, this is not about long game. We played a long game. We won Roe v. Wade a long time ago. We voted to protect it over time.”

Anti-freedom judges. When the Supreme Court doesn’t vote to support Pelosi’s far-Left agenda, they’re anti-freedom.

She continued, “Let’s not take our eye off the ball. The ball is this court, which is dangerous to the freedoms of our country. Beware in terms of marriage equality, beware in terms of other aspects of it, and so it is. Let’s not waste our time on that. The fact is, this is a dangerous court to families, to freedom in our country. And that is why people have to mobilize. My saying is we don’t agonize. We organize, we go out there and make sure people know that if they, actually elections have consequences.”

That sounds like a threat. It sounds like incitement to harassment, if not violence, against the anti-freedom judges who are already being mobbed at their homes by Democrat supporters of infanticide. That is what’s dangerous for America.

Pelosi Favors Ending Senate Filibuster Rule & Passing Legislation to Permanently Enshrine Roe v. Wade

During a May 8, 2022 appearance ([link removed]) on CBS ([link removed]) ’s Face the Nation, Pelosi called for the end of the Senate filibuster rule, so that Democrats might be able to pass legislation permanently enshrining Roe v. Wade with a mere 51 votes in the Senate. She also stated that that Supreme Court’s leaked draft opinion “slapped women in the face” and signaled the possible loss of additional rights, like the right to “marriage equality” and “contraception”:

“I do think that it puts an urgency on what’s happening in the election. Two more — one or two more senators could sweep back the filibuster rule for this purpose,^[33] ([link removed]) and then women would have a right to choose. This is about something so serious and so personal and so disrespectful of women. Here we are on Mother’s Day, a week where the court has slapped women in the face in terms of disrespect for their judgments about the size and timing of their families. So, the fact is, let’s keep our eye on the ball. The ball is in the court of those justices. One of them at least said over and over again that precedent had been established again and again on Roe v. Wade and that — so this decision is about being anti-precedent and anti-privacy and has serious ramifications as we go- as we go down this path and has to be softened. And I don’t think there’s a good outcome, but there’s a better outcome as far as this is
concerned. Let’s just be prayerful about this. This is — this is about respect for privacy. What’s next? What’s next? Marriage equality? What’s next, contraception?”
