WILL Stands With Middle Schoolers Slapped With Title IX Complaint for Using "Incorrect Pronouns"

WILL attorneys issued a letter to administrators at the Kiel Area School District urging the district to drop a Title IX complaint and investigation against three eighth grade boys who are being accused of sexual harassment for using “incorrect pronouns” when referencing a classmate. WILL’s letter explains that the mere use of biologically correct pronouns not only does not constitute sexual harassment under Title IX or the District’s own policy, it is speech protected by the First Amendment.

Madison Drops Unconstitutional Racial Quotas After WILL Lawsuit

The Madison Common Council adopted an amended ordinance, Tuesday, to remove unconstitutional racial quotas from a Police Civilian Oversight Board. The action comes in response to a federal lawsuit filed by WILL that challenged the racial quotas as a clear violation of the Constitution’s ban on racial discrimination. 
WILL Amicus: Lawsuit Against Senator Johnson, Congressmen An Attempt to Penalize Protected Speech

WILL attorneys filed an amicus brief encouraging the dismissal of a federal lawsuit, Stencil v. Johnson, because it targets for penalty speech protected by the First Amendment. The lawsuit attempts to disqualify Senator Ron Johnson and other Republican Members of Congress from the ballot largely for social media posts, interviews, and other speech that occurred around the 2020 election and its aftermath. The speech under challenge is clearly protected by the First Amendment.
