This weekend's mass shooting in Buffalo is yet another horrifying reminder
of how white supremacy is deadly, especially when it's combined with easy
access to guns.
Our hearts are with everyone impacted by the tragic shooting at a Tops
supermarket on Saturday. At least 10 people were killed, at least three
more were wounded in an act of racist, hate-motivated violence, and an
entire community has been forever traumatized. We must address gun
violence perpetrated by white supremacy.
We won't accept a country where gunfire can ring out at any moment,
whether it's while grocery shopping at a supermarket in Buffalo, New York,
after a basketball game in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, while at church in Laguna
Woods, California, or at a flea market in Houston, Texas.
John, we need more than thoughts and prayers—we need our
lawmakers to take action, and we need it now. Lives are on the line.
As a movement of millions, we rely on grassroots supporters like you
coming together to demand change. [ [link removed] ]Donate today to help us take on armed
