I am Patrice Matthews, Michael's campaign manager.  It’s been an amazing journey thus far and with 8 days until Election Day, our most exciting days are just ahead!

I wanted to send you a quick personal note before next week’s Primary Election. The donations from individual donors like yourself has allowed the campaign to reach thousands of Georgian voters. Just this week, Michael sent thousands of mailers to households across the state. Make no doubt about it... we are making great progress!

But, I'm sending this email because I’ve got some good news, better news, and a problem to share with you.

First, the good news: Our campaign activity has started to take off in the past couple of days as voters start to research candidates. We expected this given Michael's unique and impressive background.

Now, the better news: This race is incredibly close and is still up for grabs. The latest polls show this race with Michael only three points behind with a majority of the voters still undecided! So, obviously, we can win this race but your help is needed to ensure that we move into the lead position and secure the victory!

Victory is clearly within our reach!

But we’ve got a problem on our hands. We are behind on our fundraising goals, which is going to make it hard to launch the final push we need to reach voters before Election Day.
