Ever since the Supreme Court voted to overturn Roe v. Wade, Cori has been
working around the clock to make sure Congress passes urgent legislation
to protect abortion rights and sharing her own abortion story. 

That’s why over the weekend, Cori spoke at a rally for abortion rights to
share her personal abortion story and demand action:

“Abortion care is health care. Abortion care is a constitutionally
protected human right and standing here together today we are demanding
that it stays that way.”

Cori knows from the streets of Ferguson that change isn't just going to
happen with the power of the pen, but the power of the people. We must
continue pushing for the expansion of the Supreme Court and the passage of
policies that would protect access to abortion. Our movements and our
elected officials need to be working hand in hand.
