[1]John Fetterman

John,

In case you haven’t heard, on Friday, my João had a stroke caused by a
clot from his heart being in an irregular rhythm.

(In typical fashion, John was so focused on the campaign he didn’t want to
go get it checked out until I made him. Moral of the story: Always listen
to me 😉)

The amazing professionals at Lancaster General Hospital were able to
completely clear the clot + reverse the stroke. They also got his heart
under control.

TL:DR: John’s in a much better place and the doctors say he’s well on his
way to a full recovery.

I guess when your heart is that big and it carries so much love for the
state, sometimes it asks for a rest. ❤️

The kind doctors are keeping him here for observation for now, but they
have assured us that he will be back on the trail soon. But first, under
doctors’ orders — and my orders — he needs a moment to rest + recover.

[ [link removed] ]John, would
you add your name to a Get Well Soon card for João as he recovers? Your
support truly means so much to us right now.

We want to thank the amazing professionals here at Lancaster General
Hospital. It means the world to us. And of course, please
get out and vote on Tuesday!

With love,

Gisele ❤️
