Membership Alert: Thanksgiving Table Talk
Dear Members,
We hope this Thanksgiving holiday is a peaceful one for you and your family. The Board of Directors is thankful that we represent the best law enforcement professionals in the nation, and we are proud of the incredible sacrifices you all make day in and day out to try and keep Los Angeles safe. Thank you.

Many of you will be enjoying time with family and friends tomorrow and over the rest of this holiday weekend. Invariably, you will be asked about work, law enforcement or an incident in the news. Rather than rehashing the same old arguments, take the opportunity to talk about something that is current and relevant to your safety and theirs: the threat of former San Francisco DA George Gascon becoming our district attorney. The primary election is in March, so this is both urgent and topical.

Please take five minutes to watch and listen to this video of LAPPL Director Jamie McBride on KFI 640’s “John and Ken Show” as he details why we can’t allow Gascon to do to Los Angeles what he did to San Francisco.
Now, over Turkey, a Turducken, or a Tofurky, spread the word about why LA County residents will not be thankful if George Gascon brings his “criminals first” agenda to our city. Be safe and have a happy and peaceful Thanksgiving.
Very truly yours,

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
