Today, we’re about halfway to the next Federal Election Commission deadline.
It’s important to stay on track with our fundraising targets because the resources we raise now shape the campaign we can run. And our on-the-ground organization will play a big role in the outcome on Election Day.
The news that the Supreme Court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade is a powerful reminder that elections matter. All of them. Every election matters.
And elections are happening right now. Texans are voting starting today in the runoff election, and the outcome of these elections will affect reproductive rights, voting rights, equal rights, health care access, and so much more: our very freedom, liberty, and lives.
We must vote this year with an understanding of the urgency — and we must do more. We must convey the urgency and get others to vote, too. That’s what we are doing and will do every single day on this campaign.
