Steve Daines, United States Senator for Montana

We Must Combat Montana's Meth Epidemic!

Meeting with U.S. Attorney General Barr and local law enforcement in Kalispell

Last week, I was honored to welcome U.S. Attorney General Barr to Kalispell to meet with local law enforcement to discuss the devastating meth crisis tearing apart Montana’s communities.

I appreciate AG Barr’s time, leadership and commitment as we continue working to combat this crisis. Combatting the meth epidemic starts at our southern border. We absolutely must secure our southern border to stop the flow of illegal drugs and Mexican meth from coming into Montana.

It is one of my top priorities to put an end to Montana’s meth epidemic. I am committed to working in Congress to ensure our local law enforcement and communities have the resources they need, and with the Trump administration to secure the southern border.
