This Thanksgiving the Yalla, Count Me In campaign is thankful for democracy! We know Thanksgiving dinner can lead to political debates and conversations with those you love about the issues you care about most. Sometimes, it can get #heated. So we are offering to help you and give you an easy political table conversation: the 2020 Census!

Our friends at NCAPA, APALA, APIAHF, and EPIC have collaborated on a new 2020 Census toolkit: Dinner Table Tips for the Holidays <[link removed]>! The 2020 Census is a cornerstone of our democracy, it’s mandated by Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution and is taking place in less than 125 days!



To help you get the right messages and information for Arab Americans and the 2020 Census, you can check out yallacountmein.org <[link removed]>. We recently launched an interactive map <[link removed]> that has information about Arab Americans in YOUR state! Don’t worry, we have materials for Teta in Arabic <[link removed]> too. 😉
