I’m delighted to report that this week I met with Cardinal Burke personally, here in California to plan and prioritize the most important initiatives moving forward. I also met his assistant, Canon Sharpe, whom you may recognize. He assists His Eminence during the Live Holy Mass for Operation Storm Heaven on the first of the month.







His Eminence is back to good health after spending so many agonizing months recovering from COVID. You’ll see in the interview that he is certainly back to his full strength as a stalwart defender of the Catholic Faith.

Quick summary:



This month’s Catholic Action Insights video touches on numerous hot-button topics that have been given prominence by the recent heretical “Synodal Path” exercise of the German Church. That term is not mine: Cardinal Burke himself doesn’t hesitate to label the proceedings from that meeting as “heretical” and in need of immediate correction. 



The issues that synod raised are relevant to both Church and culture but particularly as they militate against Catholic faith and practice. His Eminence hits each of these cultural fast pitches out of the park: 



- The blessing of same sex unions

- Denying the sinfulness of homosexual acts 

- Ordaining women as priests

- Eliminating priestly celibacy

- Allowing transgender teachers in Catholic schools, among others. 



Above all, Cardinal Burke highlights the need for virtuous and unwavering leadership from Catholic bishops. It’s a consistent theme of his. As you may know, His Eminence was one of the 70 cardinals and bishops who responded immediately to the proceedings of the German synod with appropriate alarm, calling it a formula for schism and loss of souls.
