Senate Republicans made headlines this weekend as images were released of a delegation, led by Senator Mitch McConnell, visiting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv.

Marjorie Taylor Greene, evidently as familiar with geography as she is with the Constitution, quipped that the situation in Ukraine must not be that dire if McConnell and the others were visiting the capital city without protective gear.

Last week, Marge voted against a $40B aid package for Ukraine and in so doing angered some of her Republican colleagues by seemingly parroting Putin’s propaganda while speaking on the floor of the House.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is an embarrassment to the United States. She’s an embarrassment to Congress. She’s an embarrassment to Northwest Georgia.

That’s why I’m running to defeat her in November - we need to return common sense to the Capitol.
