If you’ve read an email, liked a tweet, or watched your inbox in eager anticipation of our first piece of direct mail, then you’ve seen just a snippet of my work. I’m Michael - the Communications Director for our office, and while I know this is usually the time you hear from Council Member Hanif, we’re doing things a little differently this week.
During Shahana’s campaign, one thing we always heard was, “make sure you continue Council Member Lander’s newsletter!” With an extensive email list and even longer personal emails, we knew we had big shoes to fill starting on day one. We wanted this newsletter to be unique to our office and carry on the spirit of the incredible work former Council Member Lander started. We’ve been working hard to deliver a thoughtful and informative newsletter to your inbox every Sunday, and while we’ve gotten great feedback, we want to slow down and hear more from you!
