It’s officially primary election week, folks!

Before polls open in 48 hours, we want to take a step back and reflect on how much we’ve accomplished together since we launched this campaign 14 months ago.

We’re building something special on the ground here in Western North Carolina. With over 30,000 grassroots donors on our side, we’re rejecting the notion that corporate donors get to call the shots.

Instead, we’re running a campaign that is by and for the people. We have raised more than $1.6 million with an average donation under $37 and 97% of our contributions coming in at $100 or less.

Our fundraising numbers say it all: people believe in our campaign and our momentum has never been stronger.

We have been organizing in every county across the district and you can feel the energy on the ground - people are sick and tired of Cawthorn’s extremism, feeling the urgency of fighting to protect the right to choose, and fired up to join our campaign.

With our cash on hand advantage over Cawthorn, we have the resources to invest immediately in organizing, launching new ads online and on TV, and doing everything we can to share Jasmine’s message with voters across Western North Carolina.
