Ron Hanks might be the frontrunner in the GOP primary, but he doesn’t reflect Colorado’s values, team. He’s an insurrectionist who loudly champions Trump’s Big Lie while trying to make it harder to vote here in Colorado. He announced he would repeal the ACA which would strip 500,000 Coloradans of their health care coverage. And he tried to outright ban abortions without exceptions for cases involving rape or incest.

And while Republicans attempt to distract from last week’s leaked Supreme Court decision that would overturn Roe v. Wade and nearly half a century of reproductive freedom, their campaign arm is targeting seats like mine with their massive $43 million warchest.

If Ron Hanks flips this seat, he will have a national platform to wage his assault on our democracy and our rights.
