Yesterday, people all over the U.S. took to the streets to protest the leaked SCOTUS decision overturning Roe v. Wade.

Many were young adults between the ages of 18 and 25 taking part in political activism for the first time in their lives because they’ve suddenly awakened to the impact that politics can have on their lives and their futures.

If you take a look at these photos from protests held all over the country this Mother’s Day weekend in defense of our right to choose, you’ll see that Generation Z was front and center, leading the charge. It was exciting to see!

It’s no surprise that this generation of digital natives knows how to show up, get loud, make things go viral, and influence public debate.  But historically, what they haven’t done is vote.

In 2020, that began to change after the Black Lives Matter protests, which inspired 1.1 million new young people to register to vote, most of whom turned out to support President Biden and the Democrats in that year’s election.

This could be that same kind of moment, but even bigger … if and only if we seize the opportunity RIGHT NOW to meet these young people where they are and make sure they register to vote.

No Dem Left Behind wants to make sure that each and every rally and protest in the country supporting Roe has a table or booth set up where marchers can register to vote on the spot – especially in red states where Republicans dominate, and reproductive rights are most at risk.

We wish we could have had this program ready to deploy yesterday! But recruiting, training, and organizing that many volunteers is a massive and costly undertaking, and we simply haven’t raised enough resources yet.

Will you chip in any amount today to make sure our “Register to SAVE ROE” campaign is ready-to-go and on-the-ground in time for the next round of national protests?

Your contribution will help us ensure each and every person who shows up and fights to save Roe has a chance to register to vote on the spot, right when they’re taking action.

This is our best shot at registering a whole new generation of pro-choice voters to help expand our Democratic majorities, end the filibuster, expand the Supreme Court, and permanently codify Roe v. Wade into law.

We can’t afford to let this moment pass us by – let’s seize the opportunity to register the next generation of Democrats now, while they’re fully engaged!
